The Albino Golden Veiltail Angelfish takes one of the most iconic aquarium species and elevates it into a true display piece. A soft golden-cream body paired with flowing veil fins creates a silhouette that moves more like fabric in water than a fish. The albino trait removes dark pigment, revealing gentle pastel tones and ruby eyes that glow under aquarium lighting, giving the fish an almost ethereal presence.

Originating from calm Amazon backwaters, angelfish are vertical swimmers built for weaving through roots and submerged branches. In the aquarium they cruise slowly and deliberately, often hovering in place before gliding forward with graceful precision. The extended veil finnage exaggerates every movement, making even small motions noticeable.

Growing to about 6 inches in body size with much taller finnage, they are peaceful but still cichlids — capable of establishing hierarchy while remaining suitable for community setups with calm tank mates. They pair especially well with tetras, eartheaters, peaceful catfish, and other non-aggressive species.

Mature pairs may form bonds and guard spawning sites, carefully tending eggs and fry. With stable water and a balanced diet, the golden coloration deepens and the fins lengthen further, turning the fish into a floating centerpiece.
