Looking for a rare or specific fish that’s currently out of stock? With our Pre-Order Program, you can reserve your dream fish before it even arrives — ensuring you never miss out on that perfect addition to your collection.

How It Works

$50 Deposit – Your deposit is applied directly toward the final price of your fish. We Search for Up to 60 Days – Our trusted global network of breeders, farms, and collectors will search worldwide to locate exactly what you’re looking for. We Contact You When Found – Once located, we’ll reach out with the fish’s size, full price, and available quantity. Approval Before Import – You decide whether we should proceed. Once approved, we’ll bring in your fish safely within 60 days. Non-Refundable but Flexible – If we find your fish but you change your mind, your $50 deposit becomes store credit to use on any future purchase. No-Risk Guarantee – If we can’t find your fish within 60 days, you can choose a full refund or apply the deposit as store credit toward another fish.

Insurance

will cover shipping cost and live arrival guarantee outside of our normal shipping policy. This means we will compensate you for any fish that died in transit and the associated shipping costs that occurred from shipping delays, damage or loss of package by shipping carrier. If shipment is late or damaged, but fish is alive, then you can claim for the shipping cost. All claims must be made within 2 hrs of receiving the package. A video must be submitted with your claim clearly showing the fish is dead in its original packaging and a second video of the fish out of the bag and on a dry flat surface. Claims may be denied if you fail to provide sufficient proof that clearly demonstrates loss. All compensation will be given in the form of store credit.
