ONE FISH AT A TIME

When fish come into the rescue, we make sure that they are quarantined, medicated and healthy before introducing them into our display tanks or offer them for adoptions with Zoo's and Aquariums where they will be cared for.  Our 3,500 sq facilities houses over 250 species from around the world in our massive tanks. How massive? Combined we have over 50 displays, in which our biggest tanks are individually sized at 12,000, 6,000 and 3,000 gallons. Each tank is set up to mimic an authentic habitat for the fish and provides pristine water conditions. Fish are fed daily using only the highest quality food.

We are currently applying for our 501c3 as a non-for profit organization.

Insurance

will cover shipping cost and live arrival guarantee outside of our normal shipping policy. This means we will compensate you for any fish that died in transit and the associated shipping costs that occurred from shipping delays, damage or loss of package by shipping carrier. If shipment is late or damaged, but fish is alive, then you can claim for the shipping cost. All claims must be made within 2 hrs of receiving the package. A video must be submitted with your claim clearly showing the fish is dead in its original packaging and a second video of the fish out of the bag and on a dry flat surface. Claims may be denied if you fail to provide sufficient proof that clearly demonstrates loss. All compensation will be given in the form of store credit.
