DESCRIPTION
This is a new species in the trade and not much is known about them. Assuming their behavior is similar to other Mastacembelus species, this fish may be territorial and potentially aggressive to other spiny eels. They are nocturnal predators and do not compete with things like catfish or loaches well. Spiny eels favor live foods, particularly earthworms and river shrimps. Once settled in and tame, they will accept frozen foods.

If shipment is late or damaged, but fish is alive, then you can claim for the shipping cost. All claims must be made within 2 hrs of receiving the package. A video must be submitted with your claim clearly showing the fish is dead in its original packaging and a second video of the fish out of the bag and on a dry flat surface. Claims may be denied if you fail to provide sufficient proof that clearly demonstrates loss. All compensation will be given in the form of store credit.
