DESCRIPTION

Pacu is a common name used to refer to several species of omnivorous South American freshwater serrasalmid fish that are related to the piranha. But unlike the piranha, the pacu have very blunt teeth and they are very peaceful. They can get to very big sizes, up to 24 inches, earning them the name "gentle giant".

This means we will compensate you for any fish that died in transit and the associated shipping costs that occurred from shipping delays, damage or loss of package by shipping carrier. If shipment is late or damaged, but fish is alive, then you can claim for the shipping cost. All claims must be made within 2 hrs of receiving the package. A video must be submitted with your claim clearly showing the fish is dead in its original packaging and a second video of the fish out of the bag and on a dry flat surface. Claims may be denied if you fail to provide sufficient proof that clearly demonstrates loss. All compensation will be given in the form of store credit.
