DESCRIPTION

Pinirampus Pirinampu is also known as the Barbado catfish. Other common names are Flatwhiskered Catfish and Zander Antennenwels. These iridescent freshwater fish can reach up to a full length of 48 inches and can be found in South America, particularly in the Orinoco, Amazon, Essequibo, and Paraná basin. These hardy catfish prefer water temperature ranges from 71 to 82 degrees f.
