Short Body Long-Fin Platinum Tinfoil Barb

Barbonymus schwanenfeldii

The Short Body Long-Fin Platinum Tinfoil Barb is an exceptionally uncommon ornamental variant of the classic Tinfoil Barb, prized for its compact body shape, flowing extended fins, and brilliant platinum-white coloration. This unique combination of traits is rarely seen, making quality specimens highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Despite its shortened body, this fish remains active and constantly on the move. Its metallic platinum sheen catches the light from every angle, while the long, elegant fins add an impressive display of movement in large aquariums.
