    Black Veil Angelfish

    They have a dark black velvet color; their fins will grow longer with age. It is fairly common aquarium fish in the hobby. This fish is easy to care for and maintain, they will adapt to a wide range of water parameters. They do well in Ph range of 6.5 to 8 and soft and hard water.


    Black Veil Angelfish, also referred to as Black Lace Angelfish, are full black in color with long flowing fins that are accentuated with a beautiful black lace.

    Black Veil Angelfish prefer a well planted aquarium with rocks and driftwood. They need plenty of room to swim so they should be housed in a 30 gallon aquarium or larger. The water in the aquarium should be slightly acidic.

    The Black Veil Angelfish feeds on a variety of foods including vegetables, as well as meaty foods. A quality flake food should be fed along with live and frozen foods such as brine shrimp and bloodworms
